Yes, you did. That's right, your shipping is free, on any item, to anywhere in the USA. (Sorry, International customers... we can't offer you free shipping, but we keep it as cheap as possible.)
I live on the other side of the world... do you ship to me?
We will happily ship anywhere that is legal to ship to from the US. (Sorry, Cuba.) We are adding shipping profiles for new countries every day. If you are an international customer and are not able to order, let us know where you are, and we'll try to get your country added to the ship-to list for you.
What shipping service do you use?
For both domestic and international, we ship everything via USPS. Most orders ship via 1st class mail, unless their weight requires them to ship via USPS Priority Mail.
How do you package your items?
It depends on what it is. Most items ship in padded bubble mailers, because they are both protective and lightweight, for cheaper shipping. Larger or fragile items will ship in cardboard boxes, and will be padded with bubble wrap, foam wrap and/or packing peanuts. We use recycled packing peanuts and bubble wrap to keep our costs down and to keep them out of a landfill. (If you receive your order in a cardboard box, please recycle it!) All of our packing supplies are Made in the USA.
I need an order asap... can you rush ship something to me?
Yep, sure can. Just drop us an email and let us know what shipping speed you need, your exact shipping address and for what items. We'll get back to you asap with an exact shipping quote, and will send you a direct invoice for the rush shipping charges. If you prefer to use FedEx for rush shipping, that's fine, just let us know and we'll get you a quote for that. Sorry, we don't use UPS.
How soon will my item ship?
Most orders ship by the next business day, two at most. As soon as your order is processed and packaged, we will send you a tracking number. For international orders, your customs form number will be sent. If there will be a significant delay for any reason on your order, we will let you know.
I just realized that I entered the wrong shipping address... can I change it?
Email us right now. No seriously, RIGHT NOW. We are not responsible for orders that don't arrive when we weren't provided with the correct address.
I thought I should have received my order by now... where is it?
You should have received a tracking number.... try there first. If you feel that your package is totally lost in the mail, and you have paid via PayPal (and provided a confirmed address), you can file a PayPal claim and they will reimburse you. If you are an international customer, check with your local customs office with the customs form number provided. Sometimes customs offices are super speedy... other times, they get drastically backlogged and your package will sit around forever. Give them a call and see if they have received it and processed it yet. If you get someone that is unhelpful, call back the next day and cross your fingers you get someone nicer. (It often works.) They should at least be able to tell you if it has entered the country or not.
I'm an international customer... will you lessen the value on the customs form and/or mark it as a gift?
Nope, sorry. That's customs fraud, and we don't play that game. Most countries have reasonable customs limits. Check with your local post office if you are unsure of your country's exact limits.
