What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex), as well as PayPal and Google Checkout.
Shipping
Orders are shipped within 1-2
business days after they are placed. Tracking numbers will be sent to you so that you can keep an eye on the progress of your package. For more detailed shipping info, please see our Shipping policy page.
Return & Exchange Policy
We honor returns and exchanges up to 14 days from when the item was received. Items must be in unworn/unwashed condition to qualify. Please contact us to make arrangements. We do not reimburse shipping costs unless the item was damaged in transit or we screwed up and sent the wrong size. If you feel you placed your order incorrectly contact us immediately so that we can alter or cancel your order.
How does sizing run on your shirts?
In Adult sizes, we have both unisex and ladies fit t-shirts.

All of our shirts are pre-shrunk, 100% cotton.
I'm looking for my favorite band/artist/team on a t-shirt. Can you make it for me?
No, not at all, that's not what we do. Support your favorite band/artist/team by buying something directly from them.
I found a cool picture on the internet.... will you print it on a koozie for me?
Sorry, not in a million years. Just because a picture is on the internet, doesn't mean it is free to use. Using someone else's image or artwork without permission is copyright infringement. Don't do it, it's bad for your karma.
Speaking of which, all of our designs are either designed by an Insomniac Arts team member, officially licensed or public domain. All images and descriptions are Copyright Insomniac Arts. Don't steal our images... it makes us sad. (It also makes us call our lawyer, which really isn't fun for anyone.)
