You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Did you order the wrong size shirt? Need a different phone case model? No problem at all. Just send your order back to the address on your packing slip. Please include a copy of your packing slip, and simply write us a note to let us know which size or model you need. We will get it switched out and sent back to you ASAP.

Should I create an account or checkout as a Guest?
You are welcome to do whichever you prefer. If you create an account, your prior orders and shipping information will be stored for you for faster checkout during future orders, and you can easily access your tracking numbers in case you delete your shipping notification. We will only use your email address for official order correspondence, such as your order tracking number, or if we have a question about a personalized order. We will never send you unsolicited emails.
What shipping service do you use?
For both domestic and international, we ship everything via USPS. Most orders ship via 1st class mail, unless their weight requires them to ship via USPS Priority Mail.
Please also note that the shipping rates are weight-based. The total shipping weight will be calculated for your order automatically.
I live on the other side of the world... do you ship to me?
We will happily ship anywhere that is legal to ship to from the US, with only a few exceptions. Due to USPS regulations, we are not currently able to ship to: Cuba, Iran, North Korea and Sudan. At this time, we are also no longer shipping to Brazil, as the vast majority of packages seem to never arrive to their intended destination. If shipping conditions improve to Brazil, we will resume service.
How do you package your items?
Packaging depends entirely on the type of product and quantity purchased. Most items ship in padded bubble mailers, because they are both protective and lightweight, for cheaper shipping. Larger or fragile items will ship in cardboard boxes. We use recycled packing peanuts and bubble wrap to keep our costs down and to keep them out of a landfill. (If you receive your order in a cardboard box, please recycle it!) All of our packing supplies are Made in the USA.
I need an order asap... can you rush ship something to me?
We sure can! Upon checkout, you'll be given several shipping options to meet whatever shipping need you have. Expedited International options are also available, however please remember that international packages may be delayed in Customs. If your item is personalized, please remember to allow extra time for personalization processing.
How soon will my item ship?
All orders ship by the next business day, with few exceptions. As soon as your order is processed and packaged, we will send you a tracking number by email. If there will be a significant delay for any reason on your order, we will let you know. Most personalized items are also made and shipped within one business day, unless we have a problem or question about your order. We will contact you as quickly as possible to resolve any issues.
I just realized that I entered the wrong shipping address... can I change it?
Yes, please email us immediately. (Seriously, right now.) We are not responsible for orders that don't arrive when we weren't provided with the correct address. Orders are processed and shipped very quickly here, so it is important that we have the correct address upon order placement.
I thought I should have received my order by now... where is it?
You should have received a tracking number via email.... try there first. If you can't find your tracking, or if the tracking doesn't provide any helpful info (rare, but possible), drop us an email and let us know. Please provide your order number in your email. If you are an international customer, check with your local customs office with the tracking/customs form number provided. Sometimes customs offices are super speedy... other times, they get drastically backlogged and your package will sit around forever. Give them a call and see if they have received it and processed it yet. If you get someone that is unhelpful, call back the next day and cross your fingers you get someone nicer. (It often works.) They should at least be able to tell you if it has entered the country or not.
I'm an international customer... will you lessen the value on the customs form and/or mark it as a gift?
Nope, sorry. That's customs fraud, and we don't play that game. Most countries have reasonable customs limits. Check with your local post office if you are unsure of your country's exact limits. Your postage will be paid, but all Customs import fees are customer responsibility upon receipt, if applicable.
